If quality is a factor we might ask you to ship the coffee back so we are able to examine the coffee ourselves for future quality adjustments. We strive to provide a great product and even better customer service. If your coffee is deemed unsatisfactory by our staff we will provide you with another bag of the same item or a full refund.
You will receive a refund or exchange for our product damaged by shipping company, if you keep the box and assist with the shipping company's damaged product requirements.
Items not eligible for return include any Jumpy Monkey product purchased through a third party, any product received as a "trial" or promotional item, and item where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For Jumpy Monkey products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.
